OUR PROFILE
The Promoters
MDA Softwares Ltd. was incorporated
in 1997 by a team of IT Professionals and Chartered Accountants
with the objective of setting up a software development unit to
cater to the fast growing needs in the IT Sector. The Company was
promoted by two Engineers , two Chartered Accountants and One
Computer Expert with a diploma from IIT , Kanpur.
The Directors
1) Mr. Manu
Agarwal
He is a Chartered Accountant who also holds a diploma in
Information System Audit. He is in the field of system
analysis for the last 12 years and is very well know in
Kanpur and nearby areas due to his expertise in the IT
Sector.
2) Mr. Dinesh Agarwal
He is a Delhi based Chartered Accountant who is involved
with various multinationals as a consultant and is
involved in the IT related activities since the last 12
years.
3)
Mrs. Poonam Agarwal
She is a science graduate and has got a diploma in
Computer Programming from IIT, Kanpur and is actively
involved in the business of Software Development for the
last 15 years.
